Change of Address

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.

Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.

Once an order has been shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. Please refer to our Refund Policy for additional information regarding returns and refunds.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to become available.

If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us with your order number and we will investigate the issue.

Parcels Damaged in Transit

If your parcel arrives damaged, please refuse the delivery where possible and contact our customer support team immediately.

If the parcel was delivered in your absence and arrived damaged, please contact us for assistance and the next steps.
