At Falavio, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return under the conditions outlined below.

Return Window

We offer a 7-day return policy. This means you have 7 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

After this period, we unfortunately cannot accept return requests.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags must be attached.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

How to Request a Return

Once your request is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send your item.

⚠️ Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Return Address

After your return request has been approved, you will receive the appropriate return address and shipping instructions from our support team.

Please make sure your order number is clearly marked on the package.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Incorrect

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Sale or clearance items (final sale)

  • Gift cards

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for a return, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a replacement is to return your item for a refund and place a new order.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, in accordance with applicable EU consumer protection laws.

Items must still meet our standard return conditions (unused, original packaging, and tags attached).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us.
